He has completed his BS Degree in Business Administration in May, 1995 and MBA Degree in December, 1997 from Southeastern Oklahoma State University (SOSU) located at Durant Oklahoma U. S. A and majoring in Business Administration and minoring in Sales and Marketing.

Mickle and Representative James H. He has 25 years experiences in his family own 70 years old daily publications business The Daily Ittefaq, He is one of the grandsons of Tofazzel Hossain Manik Miah who was founder Editor. www.ittefaq.com.bd . Manik Mia Avenue in front of the Dhaka National parliament as his national recognition. He also has experience in the sister concern of ittefaq group, 46 years old Zenith Packages Ltd a Converting Business in Bangladesh since 1998.
He has also experienced to work under ISO 9001: 2000 QMS certified by Det Norske Veritas from Norway under UK UKUS Scheme, as Management Representative, and obtained Lead Auditor Certificate from UK, at Mast Packaging & Paper Converting Ltd Dhaka Bangladesh.1998 to 2009.
He has 25 years expertise in printing packaging and publication on paper and board. In print process: offset, rotogravure printing, and corrugation box manufacturing process.
In parallel, same time beside his inherited family businesses, he has been promoting Quality Products made in Bangladesh as part of his International Marketing by focusing on Ceramics Tableware, RMG Items, Process Leather and Leather Goods, Packaging Materials. Also provide total turnkey solution of Auto Corrugated Box Making Plant for Transport Packaging.
Also involved in Consulting Business on Business Development; Trade Finance, Asset Management, Project Finance & Investment Management.
He is also highly experienced in Consulting Business for Business Development of different Industrial Sectors like Renewable (Green) Energy, IT & IT Enable Products and Services, Quality and Compliance Management, Human Resources Development Management and Environment Management in Bangladesh.
